A passion of mine is designing wedding and anniversary cakes. These pictured here are entirely edible, and the flowers are all gumpaste and fondant. The first wedding cake, pictured to the left, had flowers that took one week to complete..working around the clock. After each flower is molded they are each handpainted with edible paint.
