I found this early No. 4 barbie at a thrift shop. Her mommy long ago shaved her original curly bangs. Her long hair indicated she had a factory braid instead of a ponytail. A simple retouching of her paint, rerooting of her bangs, and re-braiding of her hair was enough to restore this cutie.
This swirl ponytail barbie from 1964 had badly faded hair from being left in the sun. I recolored her hair and now she looks to be very grateful =)
